As a substitute with us, you will have the opportunity to work at various schools throughout Stockholm – both in municipal and independent operations. This is a perfect job for you who want to gain valuable experience, develop, and make a difference for students in their everyday lives.

The position can lead to longer substitute assignments or permanent employment with one of our partner schools.

With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule – which makes the position excellent to combine with studies. It is also possible to work five days a week for those who want to work full-time.

About the role

As a substitute teacher, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice on the same morning. Your assignment can vary between teaching according to lesson plans, being a resource person in the classroom, or supporting individual students. You create security, structure, and a positive learning environment for the students, regardless of the length of the assignment.

You may be booked for work within:

After-school care
Preschool class
Primary school (grades F–9)

With us, you are always personally matched to assignments that fit your skills and experience. You have a personal contact with us who supports you when you need it before, during, and after work. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start.

Qualifications and qualities

We are looking for someone who:

· Has completed high school education

· Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

· Ability to lead a class in a safe and clear manner

· Has started studies at a post-secondary level and/or has other relevant experience working with children and youth such as engagement in sports associations or similar youth activities

· Wants to be a positive role model for students

· Is prepared to take responsibility and initiative and wants to collaborate with others

· Can work at least 3 days a week (for students, at least 1 day/week).

· Is prepared to work as you promise
