Workplace Description

Trollbodaskolan is a K-9 school with approximately 620 students, located in the picturesque Hässelby Norra Villastad in northwestern Stockholm.

The school was built in 2000 and has bright premises where each working team has its own facilities with classrooms, workrooms, and, where applicable, after-school care.

Job Description

We are now seeking a substitute teacher for a position in the school's special education group in the middle school; Studio 36. You will, among other things:

• Plan and conduct teaching based on the individual needs of the students.
• Create a safe, predictable, and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain continuous contact with guardians to promote collaboration regarding the students' development.
• Contribute to the school's development work and be part of an engaged team.

Qualifications

You are a certified teacher for grades 4-6, preferably with experience working with students in need of special support. You have the ability to build good relationships and trust.

You are flexible, solution-focused, and have great patience. An interest in developing inclusive teaching methods and contributing to a positive and safe school environment where students can grow.

You have a good understanding of students' different conditions for acquiring knowledge and communicate clearly. You plan and organize your work effectively.
