Welcome to us

Maltesholm School is located in Hässelby Strand close to nature. Lake Mälaren and Grimsta Forest are just a stone's throw from the school. The school currently has about 430 students distributed across three preschool classes, 15 elementary classes in grades 1–6, adapted primary school, and after-school activities for students in grades F-3, as well as middle school activities for students in grades 4-6.

Your role

We are looking for a licensed primary school teacher. We offer a teaching position, a parental substitute, in preschool class. As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing teaching, mapping, and following up on results. It also includes having contact with guardians and close collaboration with colleagues is expected in your role.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license and it is an advantage to have experience teaching in preschool and primary school.

In the role of a teacher with us, it is important that you have a good ability to build relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You should be flexible based on the needs of students and the organization and contribute ideas to develop our activities.

You conduct language and knowledge-developing teaching. We would like you to have knowledge of and experience in how to adapt teaching for students in need of support.

You are responsible and have the ability to see each student's individual needs and conditions, and in collaboration with colleagues, you can contribute to developing good learning environments. For you, collegial learning and collaboration are important.
