Linguista is an operation within AcadeMedia that offers various language services both remotely and on-site. The services offered include native language teaching, study guidance, and modern languages.

We primarily work with primary and secondary schools, sometimes within adult education based on the different needs of students.

Linguista is located in two cities, Stockholm and Gothenburg, where we offer some of our services on-site (mostly in Stockholm) in the schools we collaborate with, but we also work with remote teaching to other locations in Sweden. Qualifications

We see language teaching as a very important part of the student's development and goal fulfillment. A qualitative language development approach is therefore highly prioritized. We expect you to have a holistic view of students' learning and be eager to develop your profession with us. A teaching degree with qualifications in the relevant language is a requirement.

Job responsibilities

The work involves teaching the native language at the primary school level, conducted on-site. The assignment includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching in accordance with the curriculum. As an educator, it is important to adapt the teaching to students' needs and support their knowledge development.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• the relevant teaching language as their native language.
• a teaching degree or an equivalent academic education with a pedagogical focus
• experience as a teacher and experience working with remote teaching and very good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital environments)
• a formative approach. Interest in pedagogical development and varied pedagogical skills.
• good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
