About the Job

As a preschool teacher in Huddinge Municipality, you implement the preschool curriculum in your daily work, among other things, with the help of pedagogical documentation. Together with your colleagues, you create conditions for children's learning and development by supporting the individual child, challenging norms, and actively working against discrimination. In the role of preschool teacher, care, upbringing, and learning form a whole. You have a positive approach, where the child is always in focus and you meet everyone with care, kindness, and respect. You have the ability to see both the individual child's and the group's needs and create, together with children and colleagues, an environment that promotes quality, clarity, and structure. You positively engage with children and adults based on the preschool's values. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for actively leading, planning, and ensuring the quality of the daily work at the preschool. You should also systematically and continuously follow up and analyze the pedagogical activities in collaboration with other staff. Your responsibilities also include improving the preschool's quality and thereby also the child's opportunity for development and learning. About You

We are looking for a qualified preschool teacher who is well-versed in the preschool's governing documents and can implement the curriculum's goals in practical work. It is an advantage if you have experience leading a team. You work in a structured manner and use pedagogical documentation to analyze and reflect together with both colleagues and children. You have good IT skills and the ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. We would like to see that you have worked in a larger organization or have experience from municipal operations.

As a person, you are secure and have the ability to show trust and care. You are clear and attentive in your communication and used to adapting your way of communicating to the current situation. You are positive and solution-focused, and you have the ability to inspire and create good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Through critical and analytical thinking, you see opportunities for how the preschool's goals can be developed. You have a situationally adapted working method, an unpretentious attitude, and a desire to develop in your professional role.
