In our work to provide each student with good conditions to advance in their studies, we strengthen our support with student-centered IT assistance at Komvux Södermalm. An enhanced support that aims to develop students' digital skills for studies, work, and community life. The support will be provided both individually and in groups, at the start of studies as well as during the study period. Your role
We are now looking for an engaged Digital Coach who wants to be an important part of creating good conditions for learning within adult education – primarily within SFI and Komvux. The work involves close collaboration with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to provide students with the support they need.
Examples of tasks and responsibilities:
- Map students' digital skills and support the reception of new students
- Teach and provide targeted interventions to students in need of support, both individually and in groups
- Conduct study groups and targeted support initiatives related to digital competence
- Participate in and contribute to the school's support team
- Document and follow up on interventions as well as students' development
- Collaborate with school management, teachers, special educators, and career counselors
- Contribute to the development of structures, processes, and content for digital student support throughout the school
Your skills and experience
- Post-secondary education
- At least 3 years of work experience from professions where IT/technical support and educational elements have been included for digitally inexperienced target groups
- Very good knowledge of digital tools such as Microsoft 365 and platforms used in teaching (e.g., Ping Pong or other learning platforms)
- Documented experience in mentoring, training, presentations, or walkthroughs of digital tools for digitally inexperienced target groups

Since the work involves a lot of interaction with students and colleagues, it is important to have both a high service mindset as well as good collaboration skills.
