In your role as a school nurse at JENSEN Education, you will have the opportunity to take overall responsibility for the school's medical student health together with engaged and competent colleagues and present managers.

In your work, with the support of JENSEN's Central Student Health, school doctors, and our other school nurses across the country, you will be responsible for planning and organizing your work according to the applicable guidelines for the medical interventions of student health. You will be part of the school's student health team where, in collaboration with the other competencies of student health, you will contribute your expertise in medicine, health, and care. For us, teamwork in a student health team is crucial, and great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Safety, well-being, and good health are crucial for our students to achieve good results in school. We have a pronounced health profile where our students, among other things, practice mental training every day and take a pedagogical walk during the longest lesson of the day.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work health-promoting and preventive at the individual, group, and organizational level
• Conduct health conversations and be responsible for health examinations and vaccinations
• Be part of the school's student health team
• Be responsible for the medical interventions of student health
• Collaborate for the best interest of the student

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse with specialized training in district nursing, pediatrics, or school nursing. Experience as a school nurse is an advantage.

We expect you to have a good ability for structure and planning. We assume that you are independent, flexible, proactive, enjoy working in a team, and collaborating closely with the school's staff. You have a good and empathetic approach, as well as the ability to build trust with students, guardians, and colleagues. Furthermore, you are responsible and approach your work with great commitment. You care about your own health and would like to work for a company that prioritizes health and well-being.

Employment Type

The position is a temporary position of 40-50% until 2026-06-18, located at JENSEN Gymnasium Gamla Stan. Start as soon as possible.
