Innovitaskolan consists of 26 preschools and primary schools created for the needs of the future. We combine traditional teaching with modern tools and methods to provide our children and students with the competencies and right conditions in a changing world. Innovitaskolan can be found all over Sweden, from Kalix in the north to Landskrona in the south. Innovitaskolan is part of AcadeMedia's primary schools.

The preschool has bright facilities in a nature-friendly area. Today we have five departments spread over three floors. The departments for the youngest children are located on the ground floor where we have our beautiful yard. We work with planned activities and weekly schedules that include both indoor activities, outdoor environments, and excursions in the local area. We divide ourselves into small groups as much as possible during the day as this benefits the individual child's development. We are connected to a primary school from preschool class to grade 9.

This gives students a great start in their knowledge development, makes them feel secure, and allows them to create good social relationships for the future.

Your Mission

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who has joy and enthusiasm for your mission and who is confident in your professional role for a 2-5 year group. You are a co-researching educator who can challenge children in everyday life through play and imagination and have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues. As a preschool teacher with us, we expect you to lead your team where you and your colleagues work towards higher goal fulfillment and development. We work with children's interests, curiosity, and desire to learn and plan the teaching at the preschool around this. At the preschool, we work a lot with inspiring and stimulating environments where we have an appealing and permissive environment where children's voices are heard. The preschool works with common development areas. You will be part of a group of 5 preschool teachers who meet every week to work on our common quality work, and you will also have the support of the preschool's team leader and principal in your role as a preschool teacher.
