We are looking for dedicated customer service representatives for our client in Gothenburg. In this role, you will work in a service-oriented team where you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. You will contribute to high customer satisfaction through quick, clear, and professional support as well as by following up on cases to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide support regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns

• Register and follow up on cases in the case management system

• Assist customers with troubleshooting and simple technical questions

• Collaborate with other departments to effectively resolve customer issues

• Contribute to process improvement and customer communication

Qualifications

• A couple of years of experience in customer service or support is preferred

• High school education

• Good computer skills and experience with customer or case management systems

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus

You are positive, cooperative, and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining calm and customer focus.

More about the position

• Scope: full-time, daytime between 8 AM - 5 PM

• Location: Gothenburg, full-time on-site

• Start date: by agreement in January or February 2026

• The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Andara Group
