We are looking for a senior specialist who can provide qualified support in the procurement of service pension intermediaries for executive managers within a larger public organization and its companies. You will work closely with the purchasing and procurement function as well as relevant stakeholders to develop a clear request for proposal and conduct a structured bid evaluation. The role requires high integrity and independence towards insurance and intermediary companies.

Remote work may be possible to some extent.

• Support in the development of the request for proposal for the procurement of service pension intermediaries.
• Contribute with expertise in pensions, insurance, and intermediary issues.
• Conduct and document the evaluation of received bids in accordance with LOU.
• Ensure that requirements and evaluation models are relevant, measurable, and businesslike.
• Collaborate with internal functions and compile materials for decision-making.

• Extensive documented experience in pensions and/or insurance and/or intermediary operations.
• Very good insight into the products of insurance companies and banks for service pensions.
• Good knowledge of the intermediary market.
• Independent position towards insurance and intermediary companies.
• Experience with pension commitments from employers.
• Experience with service pensions for senior executives.
• Knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act).

• Experience with assignments in municipal or regional operations.
• Previous procurement assignments for service pension intermediaries for executive managers.
