We are now looking for an administrator for the cemetery administration – an important role with both administrative tasks and contact with people in various life situations.

About the position

As an administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing work of the office. The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Grave book administration
• Processing of grave matters
• Record keeping
• Advice, information, and service regarding grave maintenance
• Contacts via phone, email, and personal meetings

You will be an important part of the organization and contribute to creating security, structure, and a good reception.

We prefer that you have experience in administrative work and customer service, and are accustomed to working with various administrative data systems.

You should have a driver's license and access to a car.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of work experience
• At least a high school diploma
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Employment conditions

- Part-time 60%, permanent position

- Working hours are scheduled for 3 weekdays per week, from 07:30 to 16:30 (the arrangement can be discussed)

- Location: cemetery administration office in Götene

- Immediate supervisor: Operations Manager for properties and cemeteries

Start date by agreement
