CRM Specialist at Blåkläder

We are expanding and looking for a business-driven and analytical CRM Specialist who wants to help develop Blåkläder's customer journey! Your Role

In this role, you will belong to our Swedish sales organization and be instrumental in shaping and implementing our CRM strategy. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• responsibility for the operation, administration, and development of our CRM system
• analyzing and segmenting customer data and identifying target groups for campaigns
• building and optimizing automated customer flows and creating and following up on targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and other customer communications with a focus on B2B sales
• ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance
• producing reports and dashboards to track campaigns, leads, and customer loyalty

Your Profile

You are technically skilled, structured, and solution-oriented. You work independently, take initiative, and have the ability to drive projects to completion. With your analytical skills, you have a good understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and conversion optimization. You are a skilled communicator who enjoys collaborating across team boundaries and functions. To succeed in this role, we also see that you have an eye for color, form, and text.

We expect you to have experience in marketing automation, such as email flows and lead scoring, as well as basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar image editing programs. It is a plus if you have previously worked in Microsoft D365. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Since we have four days of presence at the office, you should live within a reasonable commuting distance to Svenljunga where our office is located.
