In your role as a salesperson with product group responsibility

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle stock, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks as a salesperson, you have a specific product group responsibility

• Keep the product group representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Be responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and display, as well as analyze shrinkage and suggest measures.
• Continuously share knowledge regarding your product group with other employees.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and beverages.
