Stores at Telenor are one of our most important sales channels, accounting for about 40% of all sales. The mission of a Store Manager is to work with colleagues to create a well-functioning store. To thrive in this role, you are passionate about leadership and sales, which includes total responsibility for Stores in a local market. If you are eager to become Telenor's local hub for both consumers and businesses and love sales, people, and leadership - then this is the role for you!
What does a Store Manager do?
- You have full responsibility for the store, which includes all sales, recruitment, employee development, and ensuring that all campaigns and new products are launched in the best way
- Your own sales responsibility while leading and ensuring that employees in the store achieve their and the store's goals
- You will be one of our primary Telenor ambassadors to both consumer and business customers
- You develop and build the team locally in close collaboration with Learning Lab
- You and your colleagues are responsible for ensuring that routines and quality are followed in accordance with policies regarding, for example, inventory, stock management, and security
- You develop and create contacts with colleagues within Stores while ensuring a successful group dynamic within your store
- You are also responsible for scheduling, cost targets, operations, and customer complaints in the store.

To thrive in the job, you must enjoy being close to employees, contribute with your own sales, and also want to be part of the staffing in the store. It is an advantage if you have experience in a similar industry and have held a leadership position previously.
