The business operates with a local presence in Falköping, Skövde, and Götene, where stores and warehouses support customers in construction, industry, and craftsmanship.

About the role

As an inside salesperson, you have an important and varied role where you work closely with our customers and colleagues. The focus is mainly on existing customers, where you receive, register, and follow up on orders while actively working on upselling.

The role is broad and flexible, which means you are prepared to support colleagues in the office and warehouse as needed. You enjoy working in a hybrid role where no day is the same. You are comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email, enjoy dialogue, and have a natural “I can solve it” mindset.

Your responsibilities

  • Receive and register customer orders.
  • Customer contact via phone and email.
  • Active upselling to existing customers.
  • Consulting on product range, campaigns, and seasonal products.
  • Follow up and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Collaboration with colleagues in the office and warehouse, as well as flexible support where needed.

We are looking for someone who

Is a driven, structured, and business-minded person who thrives in a dynamic environment where customer contact is key. You have a genuine interest in sales and the construction/industrial sector and are curious to understand customers' needs to find the right solutions. You are communicative, attentive, and easily build trust in dialogue with customers. At the same time, you are confident in taking initiative, driving dialogues forward, and creating long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in sales, preferably B2B or within construction, civil engineering, or industry.
  • Comfort with the phone as your primary working tool.
  • Business-minded and results-oriented.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with both colleagues and customers.
  • Aiming to exceed customer expectations every day.

Other information

Employment type: Full-time, with an initial 6-month probationary period.

Start: By agreement.

Location: Falköping.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 07:30 - 16:30.
