About the job as a Sales Associate

We are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers in Gothenburg and surrounding areas with the best possible service and support them with qualified advice in the store. Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain.

You will work with all tasks that occur in a store, and you are expected to take personal responsibility and initiative and want to be part of our journey to develop the store towards new successes. As a sales associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for giving advice, completing sales, and ensuring that they leave the store with fantastic service and the best products for their needs.

In our store in Hisings Backa, you will be part of a team of 13 colleagues. We work across boundaries and with high flexibility.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is open, responsible, and service-oriented. To provide our customers with the best service, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude. We work together at Ahlsell to make it easy for our customers - we call it One Ahlsell.

In this role, we would like you to have extensive knowledge in the area of plumbing. Are you perhaps a plumber? Do you possess knowledge in plumbing technical issues and installations, or do you have experience in a similar role in plumbing sales in a store? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
