Digital Marketing Specialist at AcadeMedia

We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on paid social to join our digital marketing team based in Gothenburg!

We are looking for someone who wants to create engaging and value-adding ads for our target audiences. As a colleague, you will belong to an ambitious, creative, and curious team that works to ensure that even more students make well-informed school choices.

In your team, there are other digital specialists skilled in SEO, SEM, CRO, analytics, and marketing automation. We hope you have the ability to plan, drive, and follow up on our digital efforts in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads. In this role, you will report to the Head of Digital Communications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Set up campaigns and follow up, evaluate, and optimize them.
  • Collect and analyze data as a basis for continuously developing advertising.
  • Identify, document, and systematically share your experiences and ongoing insights.
  • Support and educate in social media advertising internally across our department.
  • Stay updated and share your knowledge about new tools from Facebook Business Manager, Snap Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

Competence Requirements and Personal Qualities

  • At least one year of documented experience in social media advertising with good results.
  • Good knowledge of account setup and how to work strategically with ad accounts.
  • Good understanding of how to build synergies between advertising in social channels and other channels such as Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working data-driven.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiar with A/B testing.

To succeed in this role, you should create a good structure in your work that allows for flexibility when the business requires it. You have a post-secondary education in digital advertising or other equivalent education/experience.

The position is a temporary contract.
