aSolar is a well-established player in solar energy in Sweden. We are growing rapidly to meet the increasing demand for smart and sustainable energy solutions – and now we are looking for a field salesperson who wants to join us on our journey.

This is a new role, which means you will have the opportunity to influence how the work is shaped and help build something from the ground up with us.

About the role

As a field salesperson at aSolar, you will be an important part of our dedicated sales team. You will work closely with the sales manager, project leaders, and other salespeople to find new customers and create long-term relationships.

A large part of the job involves visiting residential areas, knocking on doors, and informing about our solutions for solar panels, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging.

You have technical understanding and can explain how the installations work in a simple and reassuring way. The work is flexible, but we prefer that you are available during evenings and weekends when customers are home.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new areas together with the sales manager
• Knock on doors and inform about our products and services in solar energy
• Prepare quotes for complete systems directly on-site
• Follow up on sales results and contribute to developing our processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has sales experience and enjoys customer interactions
• Is social, engaged, and trustworthy
• Has good computer skills and can handle digital tools
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is flexible and available during evenings and weekends

Meritorious

• Experience in solar energy
• Previous work in field sales or door-to-door sales
• Experience in project planning, calculation, or quote preparation
• Interest in technology, environment, and renewable energy

Experience in the solar panel industry is a plus, but the most important thing is your drive, sense of responsibility, and willingness to develop.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
