Purchaser in Marketing Purchasing

As a purchaser in Marketing Purchasing, you will play a key role in driving and developing the procurement of marketing services for our automotive client in Gothenburg. We are looking for 2 purchasers starting March 1, 2026, and onwards. The position is a consultancy assignment lasting until February 26, 2027.

About the position

Based in Gothenburg, you will lead sourcing projects in marketing and collaborate with both global and local suppliers. You will be responsible for supplier relationships and ensure that the purchasing strategy aligns with our client's overall goals. You will be part of a dedicated and unpretentious team with a strong team spirit, based in Gothenburg and Lyon. Your main responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and follow up on procurement and sourcing projects
• Be the main contact (supplier host) for selected suppliers
• Optimize the supplier base with a focus on sustainability, quality, and business strategy
• Drive improvement initiatives together with the team
• Actively contribute to the team's development and collaboration

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently while also being a team player. Additionally, we see that you have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in purchasing in a global organization for at least 2 years
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge in marketing and/or marketing purchasing is considered an advantage.
