Do you want to combine customer-facing work with administrative tasks and play an important role in B2B business? At our client in Gothenburg, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for public procurement and work closely with the sales team and customers. This is a proactive role where you independently and through administrative skills contribute to increased sales! The assignment is full-time for one year with a good possibility of extension, and travel within Sweden may occur. Our client wishes for you to be available immediately.

Your tasks:

  • Be responsible for the entire process of public procurement – from requirement specification, documentation, and dialogue with authorities to follow-up and contract management.

  • Monitor and map business opportunities, identify upcoming procurements, and prepare competitive offers and documentation.

  • Ensure that all procurements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures, and drive improvement and efficiency work within the process.

  • Develop and implement structures for documentation, follow-up, and information sharing via CRM and other digital tools.

  • Act as a contact point between public actors, internal teams, and other stakeholders – ensuring correct internal information flow.

  • Drive your own development projects, such as updating internal training, processes, and materials on the intranet.

We are looking for someone who has at least 2–3 years of practical experience in public procurement and administrative work. You are structured, meticulous, and used to driving your own projects, with an understanding of sales and customer relations, preferably with experience from a sales or service-oriented role. You are confident in taking responsibility, work proactively, and can navigate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

You enjoy supporting both colleagues and customers, finding new creative solutions to challenges, and ensuring that tasks and projects are carried out responsibly. Good system and data skills, including in Excel and CRM systems, as well as fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, are important for success in the role.
