We are looking for an order receiver for our client NCC to strengthen their customer center team in Borås. As part of their Nordic customer center organization, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processes with a strong customer focus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Order reception for businesses and the private market
• Responsible for material guidance to individuals and managing material sales
• Follow-up on completed orders with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency
• Work with phone, email, and chat from internal and external parties
• Collaborate with other departments in the customer center to develop the customer journey

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement for the role.
• The position is available until September 2026

You are skilled at handling different types of customers, have a professional attitude, and work according to our routines and processes.
