We are looking for someone to work as a museum host this spring and summer – and who would like to continue with us every third weekend for the rest of the year!

About you

You enjoy meeting people, are passionate about service, and have an interest in porcelain, ceramics, and cultural history. You are responsible, curious, and like to make each visitor's experience as good as possible.

Job Responsibilities

As a museum host, you are the face of Rörstrand Museum. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and informing visitors.
• Sales of entrance tickets and products in the museum shop.
• Presenting our exhibitions.
• Handling phone calls, emails, social media, and reviews.
• Providing tourist information as an InfoPoint for the area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service and public activities.
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) as well as English.
• Education at least at the high school level.
• Good ability to collaborate.
• Flexible, responsible, and service-oriented.
