Job Description

As a Salesperson at Laddboxkillarna, you will play a key role in the company's continued expansion. You will be responsible for the sales of solar cell solutions to private individuals, initially focusing on the company's existing customer base for charging boxes.


You will work with ready-made and qualified customer lists and drive the sales process from the first contact to the completed deal. The role includes both digital and physical meetings where you advise, present, and sell tailored comprehensive solutions based on the customer's needs.


Phone and computer are your primary tools in daily work, where you schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and build long-term customer relationships. The role also involves customer visits, which means a B driver's license is required.


Your Profile

You are a positive and goal-oriented person who enjoys meeting people and has an easy time building trust. You take responsibility for your results, work independently, and also function well in a team, contributing to a positive and unpretentious work environment. You are motivated by clear goals and satisfied customers, have a structured way of working, strong drive, and appreciate seeing concrete and measurable results from your work.


Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably advisory or via phone

  • Ability to drive the entire sales process from first contact to deal

  • Basic business understanding and ability to calculate customer benefit and ROI

  • Interest in technology, energy, and sustainability

  • Self-driven with strong initiative and good structure

  • Solution-focused, unpretentious, and responsible

  • Enjoy working towards clear goals

  • B driver's license

Meritorious

  • Experience from the solar cell industry, energy storage, or related fields

  • Experience selling technical products or services

  • Experience in B2C sales

  • Experience in advisory sales

  • Experience in both digital and physical meetings

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, which includes 25 diploma courses in sales and weekly live lectures. Additionally, there is the opportunity to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training in Stockholm for those who want to further develop in their role as a salesperson.
