Partille Energi is an energy company operating in district heating, electricity networks, electricity production, and electricity trading. Our marketing department includes customer service representatives, a customer service manager, a marketing manager, and the CEO. We now need to strengthen our customer service with a hired consultant to meet the increased information needs from our customers in connection with the introduction of new electricity network tariffs.
The position is a full-time consulting assignment starting March 2 and lasting for 10 months.

About the position
The natural contact point for customers regarding their energy questions is Customer Service within the Marketing Department. Areas of responsibility handled by the Marketing Department include sales, contract management, pricing issues, facilities, consumption, invoices, customer meetings, website, social media, etc. The operation and maintenance of the networks are outsourced to Lerum Energi.
The marketing function's work involves close contact with their staff and other subcontractors. You will respond to incoming phone calls and emails with questions to Customer Service in a professional and service-oriented manner. The role includes administrative tasks, such as document management and updating customer information. You are responsible for coordinating and following up on your customer cases to ensure solutions and feedback to the customer.
The office is located in modern premises at Kyrktorget in Partille, opposite Allum. We share premises with Partillebo, and about 25 people work here in total.
Working hours are weekdays; Mon 07:30-18:00, Tue-Thu 07:30-16:30, and Fri 07:30-14:30.
Your main tasks
- Customer Contact and Support
- Answer questions about electricity or district heating contracts.
- Help customers understand their invoices.
- Handle fault reports and escalate technical issues to the appropriate department.
- Contracts and Administration
- New contracts and cancellations.
- Moving notifications – assist customers in starting or ending electricity and district heating contracts when moving.
- Contract changes – updating customer details and contract terms.
- Invoicing and Payment
- Explain invoices and handle payment reminders.
- Set up payment plans if a customer has difficulty paying.
- Technical Questions and Advice
- Inform about power outages, maintenance work, and operational disturbances.
- Advise on the installation of solar panels, charging boxes for electric cars, or energy efficiency.
Who are you?
We expect you to meet all the requirements:
- Good administrative skills and experience in customer service.
- A service-oriented approach and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- You are a structured person with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at the same time and have a natural talent for problem-solving.
- Good technical understanding.
We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in the energy sector.
About the company
Partille Energi is a municipal company with approximately 2,500 district heating customers. The company owns the Jonsered hydropower station and also engages in some electricity trading. In the subsidiary Partille Energi Nät, electricity network operations are conducted for about 16,000 customers. Lerum Energi is responsible on behalf of Partille Energi for, among other things, the operation and maintenance of the electricity network and district heating network, as well as certain areas within finance.
