We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing businesses using IT and digital solutions.

As a business developer at Got Event, you will play a key role in creating smarter data-driven workflows and ensuring that digitalization contributes real benefits for both the business and its customers.

As a business developer in IT and Digitalization, you will be responsible for developing and improving the organization’s data-driven workflows, processes, and digital solutions in collaboration with the business and IT.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology. You will analyze needs, lead development initiatives, and act as a bridge between the business requirements and the solutions offered by digitalization.

The role will contribute to ensuring that digital initiatives support business and operational goals, create value for users, and lead to a more efficient and innovative organization. Together, we create sustainable, data-driven, and smart solutions in the business.

As a Business Developer in IT and Digitalization, you will primarily be responsible for:

• Identifying and driving improvement and digitalization initiatives that create value and efficiency in the business.
• Mapping, analyzing, and developing processes, workflows, and information needs in close collaboration with the business and IT.
• Acting as a bridge between the business and IT – translating needs into requirements, leading digitalization projects, and ensuring that the solutions support the business’s goals and regulations.
• Contributing to change management, skills development, and the implementation of new digital workflows, automation, and information management.
• Monitoring effects, keeping an eye on digital trends, and contributing to the development of strategies and action plans for digitalization.
• Working with information and cybersecurity related to the company's digital operations.
• Being responsible for monitoring contracts (e.g., system licenses).

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in how digital services can create value in the business. You are analytical, structured, and thrive in a role where you can combine strategy, business understanding, and technology.

Furthermore, you appreciate having many points of contact in your daily work and have a high work capacity. You are a good educator with strong communication skills in both speech and writing, and you can explain complex issues in a simple way, tailored to the situation and audience.

To succeed in this role, you need to be independent and proactive while being responsive to the needs and wishes of others. To enjoy the role, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and that you work towards good cooperation both internally and externally.

You need to have strong drive and initiative. Leading projects and taking your own initiatives is a given for you. Additionally, you have the ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively to meet set goals and deadlines. You appreciate variety in tasks and can work on tasks of different natures, both service-oriented and more advanced tasks.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development closely linked to IT and digitalization.
• Experience in project management within digitalization or IT development projects.
• Knowledge of requirements management, process modeling, and change management.
• Knowledge of IT architecture, data integrations, and information management.

Conditions

The position is a project employment for 12 months, full-time, with immediate start according to agreement.
