We are now looking for another customer manager based in our Gothenburg office.
About the Role
The role involves working with the company's customers across Västra Götaland. As a customer manager at Särnmark, you have a great opportunity to shape a successful organization together with your colleagues. The customer manager will actively work to collaborate with external partners and authorities related to the customer and staff, as well as promote cooperation within and between departments. A successful assignment is always the result of collaboration.
In the role of customer manager, you have overall responsibility for a number of assistance customers and their personal assistants, acting as the "spider in the web". A customer manager works with the customer to design personal assistance based on the customer's needs, wishes, and applicable legislation. Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring personal assistants, managing the process of terminating employment, ensuring the assistants' work environment, managing costs arising from the assistance, monitoring and planning the customer's assistance economy, etc.
In daily work, a customer manager advises both customers and assistants on a variety of issues. The customer manager's tasks can vary from handling labor law issues to mentoring personal assistants in their professional roles. The role is complex and multifaceted. It requires a high degree of independence and decisiveness, but it is also incredibly developing, interesting, and varied. Responsibility for staffing and scheduling constitutes a large part of the work. The customer manager also conducts staff meetings, holds employee conversations, and assesses training needs for the personal assistants.
The position includes administration. Särnmark is obliged to continuously document and report its operations. We place high demands on the customer manager's ability to handle this. Customer focus and high service levels permeate all tasks in the role, as well as the responsibility as an employer for the personal assistants.
Who Are You
We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied job with different tasks every day and appreciates having many different points of contact. You have relevant education and work experience in a responsible role within personal assistance or similar. Experience in the relevant legal area and knowledge of LSS legislation is an advantage.
A driver's license and a personal vehicle are required.
Through a coaching leadership style, you work operationally and practically to ensure that everything related to the customer's assistance functions smoothly. You have a good ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and to plan your work. You can easily communicate your expectations, are clear in your communication, make decisions, and create results.
We place great importance on your personal qualities and that you are the right person to lead the personal assistants in their work together with the customer.
It is an advantage if you are proficient in multiple languages, both spoken and written.
Other
The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. You will be covered by a collective agreement with contractual security insurance and pension contributions. Salary will be determined by agreement.
