About the Position

The organization is in an expansive phase with a continued focus on development, efficiency, and growth. To strengthen the finance function, we are now looking for a business-oriented and analytical Business Controller who wants to take an active role in the organization's ongoing journey.

In this role, you will work closely with the business and serve as a qualified support to managers in financial and strategic matters. You will contribute with analyses, follow-ups, and decision-making materials that create structure, clarity, and increased business benefit. The position combines operational tasks with a strategic perspective and offers great opportunities to influence both working methods and results.

Responsibilities

As a Business Controller, you will among other things:

• Participate in monthly and annual financial closing and collaborate during audits
• Contribute to budget work and work with ongoing forecasts
• Support the business in financial follow-up, analysis, and decision-making
• Prepare reports, key figures, and analyses that support the business
• Conduct performance follow-ups together with managers and the organization
• Contribute to the development and efficiency of financial processes, systems, and tools

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in finance, economics, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a controller role or similar function
• Excellent skills in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Experience with BI tools, such as Power BI, as well as business/ERP systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience from manufacturing or industrial operations is an advantage
