💼 Responsibilities

In the role of Sourcing Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, driving, and delivering the right competence to clients. You will work independently throughout the sourcing process, from needs analysis to matching and negotiation, and have significant autonomy in how the work is planned and executed. The role offers considerable latitude and is suitable for you who enjoy taking initiative, making clear priorities, and making business decisions.

You will develop and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and candidates and drive the matching work from start to finish. Through active searching in both external channels and the company's internal network, you will ensure quick and accurate identification of the right competence based on the client's needs. An important part of the role is to negotiate fees and terms with suppliers, where you are expected to take responsibility for the business and create sustainable long-term solutions. Additionally, you will conduct preparatory and quality assurance conversations with candidates before client interviews and maintain ongoing, business-oriented dialogue with clients, primarily via phone but also through physical meetings when the business requires it. The role is operational and fast-paced and gives you significant responsibility for driving delivery, relationships, and results forward.

  • Drive delivery, relationships, and results forward in an operational and fast-paced role

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field

  • Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales, preferably from a technical industry

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
