Do you want to work with advanced and modern technical information for a complex digital product? At Aleido, we are now looking for a technical communicator who wants to create clear and user-friendly information for systems based on 4G/5G, cloud-based solutions, and open APIs.

What the role entails

In the role of technical communicator, you will work on analyzing, structuring, and creating technical information for a product that includes advanced network features, cloud management, and self-service tools. You will, among other things:

• explain complex functions within areas such as cloud management, API integrations, and system configuration

• create clear and modern digital information based on topic-based writing

• ensure consistent, user-friendly, and scalable documentation

• collaborate closely with other specialists to develop structures and workflows

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys immersing themselves in technology that is extensive, detailed, and constantly evolving. We also believe that you are curious, have the ability to drive your own work forward, and enjoy being part of a team. In addition, you have:

• experience in technical communication or product-related documentation

• good writing skills in Swedish and English

• interest in areas such as API, cloud, networking, telecom, system integration, or digital platform management

• experience with XML-based tools, preferably DITA, as well as topic-based writing

• a structured approach and the ability to make complex technology easy to understand
