Where will you work?

You will belong to our Project Management Infrastructure unit, which is part of our global business area Transport. We currently have operations in Stockholm where we work in the client role as project managers on behalf of private and public entities. We are now starting a similar operation in Västra Götaland, where you will become a key person in developing our business together with our management.

We are growing and looking for more experienced project managers who want to help shape the future with us. Do you have solid experience in project management and are looking for your next challenge? The following positions are available:

• Senior Project Manager for Urban Development Projects
• Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure/Land Construction Projects
• Senior Project Manager for Energy Projects

Ramboll Project Management Infrastructure is a business where we create cohesion within our customer segments, and you will be given the opportunity to feel part of a team even if you are in the client role with a customer. Our leaders work closely with you as a project manager to meet your development needs and match your assignment preferences with our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

You will work on behalf of our clients as a project manager in complex and socially important projects. You will be responsible for steering and following up one or more projects based on established plans and within the framework of budget and regulatory decisions, contracts, and permits. You will prepare materials for time tracking, forecasts, and cost tracking, among other things.

As a senior project manager, you will also coach and support our internal junior project managers, contribute to their development, and create a culture of learning and continuous improvement. You will play an active role in sales and bidding work by identifying new business opportunities and helping to strengthen our market position.

• A technical university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 ECTS) or other education and experience that we consider equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry, urban development, and/or energy projects
• Strong understanding of project processes and project management methodology with municipal and state clients
• Good knowledge of the various contract forms in the industry
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driver's license (B)
