About the position This is a role where much is already working, but where even more can be developed. This is a position for you who likes when the framework is clear but the content is flexible. You will take over where the business stands today and influence how the team, structure, and working methods will look in the future.

You will be a central part of AMADA's continued focus on high service quality and strong customer relationships.

You will lead a team of traveling technicians as well as those roles that work with planning and spare parts. You will also be responsible for the support department and play an important role in developing the team's competence through training and coaching. The role moves between operational issues and strategic decisions, providing variety in everyday life. The role requires you to be present in Alingsås but be flexible and able to travel within Sweden and abroad.

In short, you will:

  • lead, coach, and develop the team

  • ensure quality and customer satisfaction

  • work strategically and closely with everyday operations

  • develop structures, processes, and working methods

  • contribute to shaping the future aftermarket organization at AMADA

  • be responsible for budget, results, and follow-up of key figures

  • develop technicians through training and competence support

  • collaborate internationally and contribute to joint European initiatives

Who are you? You are a confident and experienced leader with broad competence. You do not need to know everything from the start. The important thing is that you have the seniority required to quickly understand complex situations and create structure when needed.

You remain calm even in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at prioritizing, communicating, and creating clarity around you. You meet customers and colleagues with respect and attentiveness and handle pressured situations in a calm and stable manner.

As a leader, you are present and coaching. You listen, support, and help others grow while also daring to have the difficult conversations and make decisions when the situation requires it. You drive change even when it is difficult and maintain focus on what is important. You are flexible in your everyday work, easy to collaborate with, and have the ability to adapt to different personalities and cultures in an international environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a technical foundation and experience leading in a service or aftermarket environment. You do not need to know everything from day one. The important thing is that you have the breadth, curiosity, and ability to understand both technology, people, and business.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Technical education or equivalent experience from, for example, industry, automotive, or field service

  • Experience leading teams in a service or aftermarket organization

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Experience working with business systems, CRM, and Office Suite

  • Driver's license (B)

Meritorious

  • Experience with Business NXT, SuperOffice, or SAP

  • Experience working in an international environment
