About the role

In the role of store and spare parts salesperson, you will be responsible for store sales, handling, and administration of spare parts and accessories for tractors, agricultural machines, and related equipment. You will have daily contact with customers, the workshop, and suppliers, becoming an important link in our service chain.

Your main responsibilities:

• Sales of spare parts over the counter, via phone, and digital channels
• Identifying the correct spare part based on exploded views, item numbers, and customer descriptions
• Order reception, order placement, and follow-up
• Inventory management, stocktaking, and ordering of spare parts
• Collaboration with the workshop, service technicians, and salespeople
• Handling of complaints and returns
• Contributing to good customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in spare parts management, sales, or a similar role, and who has a good technical understanding, preferably within tractors, agricultural machines, or construction machinery. You should be able to read and interpret exploded views and spare parts catalogs and be accustomed to working in business or inventory systems. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as is a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have worked for a tractor or machinery dealer, have knowledge of Massey Ferguson, have experience in online sales, and have knowledge of English.

As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and meticulous. You are structured, have good teamwork skills, and enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.
