Ragn-Sells Treatment & Detox is now looking for an Inside Sales Representative for Region South, based at our facility in Heljestorp, Västra Götaland.

Job Responsibilities
In your role as an inside sales representative for treatment and reception services, you will receive and handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers. You will quote, write contracts/order confirmations, and answer questions, playing an important coordinating role where you communicate daily with weighing, administration, and classification.
You will be part of the regional sales organization. Together, the group is responsible for all external sales in Region South. You, along with other inside sales representatives and colleagues, will ensure that someone is always available when our customers contact us.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with one or more years of work experience in a similar role, where you have gained good experience in customer interaction and service. You have a high school education, preferably with a scientific focus, but you may also have worked for a time in the contracting industry with similar issues.
As a person, you are communicative, meticulous, and service-oriented with a good ability to listen. You have a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration and build trusting relationships both internally and externally. You are comfortable with IT systems and are a skilled user of the Office suite. It is important that you communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and also have a good command of English.
The location is Heljestorp, Vänersborg. The position requires a B driver's license.
