Faren is part of the Technima group as an international chemical company that develops innovative and high-quality chemical solutions for professional users. We are now making an offensive push in the Nordics and are looking for a Nordic Key Account Manager / Business Developer with overall responsibility for establishing, developing, and driving our Nordic sales.
About the role
In this role, you will have a clear mandate to build Faren's Nordic business – from the first customer contact to long-term partnerships. The role combines strategic business building with operational sales and is suitable for you who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where decisions, pace, and responsibility are close to the business. You will primarily introduce and develop Faren's product range by establishing and expanding collaborations with distributors in the industrial and construction segments in the Nordic market. The position is based either at Faren's office in Gothenburg or from a home office, e.g., in Stockholm, Jönköping, Norrköping, or similar.
Your responsibilities:
- Start up, drive, and develop Faren's sales in the Nordics
- Identify, establish, and further develop distributors in the industrial and construction sectors
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and drive growth
- Design and implement marketing and sales strategies for the region
- Be responsible for business negotiations, contracts, and pricing
- Be the strategic link between Faren and Technima Nordic
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
Who are you?
You are business-driven, self-sufficient, and results-oriented – and motivated by the opportunity to build something from the ground up. You have a strong commercial mindset, are confident in negotiations, and have good experience working through distributor networks.
We believe you have:
- Documented experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably through distributors
- A background in industry, construction, technology, or a related field
- The ability to work independently in a startup and growth phase
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
- The ability and willingness to travel regularly within the Nordics
