ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a central role in our client's operations, responsible for ensuring smooth flows in the warehouse. The role also includes daily order registration and invoicing, administration of course activities, and contributing to high service and good customer interaction. To give you the best conditions to succeed in your new role, you will receive thorough training and work closely with an experienced colleague.

This is a consulting assignment at first, which means you will be employed as a project consultant with us at Academic Work. If the collaboration works well between all parties, there are good opportunities for a permanent position with the client in the future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This role includes various administrative tasks, from logistics and order management to customer service and financial administration. You will be a key person ensuring efficient processes and high quality in deliveries and internal flows.

• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries. Pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Daily order registration and handling of web orders.
• Responsible for customer invoicing and follow-up on payments.
• Ensure that the warehouse operates well, including administration of new products and inventory.
• Daily email management and administration of the company's shared email boxes.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed high school education.
• Has experience in warehouse work or customer service.
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as required for the job.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with order registration.
• Experience with the business system Pyramid.

We would like you to have experience in warehouse and logistics administration, including incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as order management. Experience in invoicing and payment monitoring is an advantage, but what weighs heaviest are your personal qualities.
