Job Advertisement: Salesperson for Our Internal Sales Department

RecNet specializes in recruitment within the segment of 'jobs with little or no experience'. We are currently a leader in this segment and have grown significantly in recent years.

We are now looking for a new salesperson for our internal sales department.

You will be working to contact companies to offer our unique corporate solutions. The companies will typically have 5-15 employees and often have a relatively recurring recruitment process. Our recruitment solution is specially tailored and has a unique pricing model that is suitable for this segment.

You will build your own customer base that you will later manage and develop, which means that the work will shift to a certain degree of new sales and a larger part of processing existing customers. You will also have close contact with a recruiter who handles all recruitment for your customers, which means you only need to focus on sales and customer relationships.

The salary is based on a mix of fixed and commission. As you build your customer base, you will also receive a commission on recurring recruitments from your customers, allowing you to create a customer base where you earn money on all recruitments your customers make in the future. This provides you with a very advantageous salary model and the best compensation in the market.
