Boxflow is growing, and we need you! We are now looking for a new colleague to join our wonderful team in Gothenburg. We provide staffing solutions aimed at collective personnel in the warehouse and industrial sectors. The daily life of a consultant manager with us is very varied, with a strong focus on customer and consultant satisfaction. With us, you will find an exciting position in a fast-growing company!

Responsibilities

As a consultant manager at Boxflow, you will, together with your team, develop and build long-term relationships with our customers and consultants. Your tasks will include recruitment and personnel responsibility for our consultants. Staffing planning and administration also constitute a large part of your daily work.

In the role of consultant manager, you will also work with daily contact with customers and consultants via phone, email, and physical visits. During customer visits, you will take requirement profiles, ensure the customer's need for competence, and then manage the entire process from customer visit to employment with the customer. In addition, the following will also be included:

• Personnel planning

• Consultant care

• Upselling/development of existing assignments

• Administration

• Personnel responsibility/coaching

Profile & background

We believe that you who are applying have previous experience in staffing. If you also have experience as a consultant manager, we consider it an advantage. To succeed in your role as a consultant manager, you understand the importance of working in a structured and careful manner with a clear focus on driving work towards goals and completing tasks. Furthermore, you are a person who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative. Since our days can change quickly, you should thrive in a changing environment and be unafraid of new situations. You are motivated by challenges and are good at building relationships and creating trust with others.

As a person, you are curious, flexible, organized, goal-oriented, and action-oriented. Furthermore, you thrive with a lot of personal responsibility and are skilled at maintaining and creating good relationships with both customers and consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the staffing industry

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Other languages are an advantage

• Driving license B is a requirement
