Description

We are looking for a CEO Coordinator who wants to play a central role in a municipal limited company with an important mission for residents, the sea, and society.

As a CEO Coordinator, you will be the closest support to the CEO and a key person in creating structure, coordination, and efficiency in the organization's work. The role suits you who thrive in a broad and varied everyday life, where you combine strategic understanding with operational decisiveness. The daily routine is characterized by order and tidiness, service to various stakeholders, and you provide qualified administrative support to the CEO in various corporate governance processes and other processes surrounding the CEO. The CEO Coordinator is also tasked with supporting the Chief of Staff with reporting related to financial and operational management.
The CEO Coordinator belongs to the staff unit consisting of HR, finance, registry, procurement, and communication, which supports the entire organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and external commitments
- Act as a link between the CEO, management team, board, and external stakeholders
- Assist the board with annual meeting planning, manage reports for elected officials, and provide support in digital tools and systems
- Keep the case preparation process together and prepare, quality assure, and compile decision materials, reports, and presentations, etc.
- Plan and follow up on corporate governance processes, including agenda, minutes, and action follow-up
- Coordinate internal projects and drive assignments on the CEO's initiative and the board
- Handle confidential information with high integrity
- Support the CEO in strategic issues and long-term planning
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in administration, finance, public administration, political science, or other relevant education
- 3–5 years of experience in qualified administrative work, preferably close to top management, alternatively as a project coordinator, coordinator, or similar
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Good digital competence and experience with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Work experience from the public sector
Meritorious
- Experience working closely with management or the board
- Experience in coordination roles
- Understanding of corporate governance, transparency, and confidentiality as well as municipal decision-making processes
- Experience from a municipal limited company
