Job Responsibilities

As a registrar, you will monitor the administrative mailbox and receive and register incoming documents for the administration.

The majority of the documents are digital, but some paper handling still occurs. In your role, you will also provide service and release public documents to the public and media. Furthermore, you will have close contact with the administration's managers and employees, providing support and advice on information management issues.

You will be placed in the Case Management unit, which consists of about ten people. The unit also includes archivists, archive assistants, case controllers, committee secretaries, and development leaders in information management and information security.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a university degree in fields such as archival science, political science, public administration, or equivalent. Experience with record-keeping in public administration is preferred. Previous experience with the release of public documents and confidentiality assessments is also an advantage. Familiarity with the document and case management system Ciceron is a plus.

To fit the role of registrar, you must be meticulous and have a good sense of order. You should also have a strong ability to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing and communicate effectively with the public and your colleagues in the administration. You take responsibility for your work and are eager to learn about the administration's operations and organization to provide excellent service both internally and externally. You work independently and in a structured manner and can prioritize among your tasks. Naturally, you are a service-oriented person. Is this you?
