About Us

At Regionhälsan's HR department, we are a dedicated team that together drives and develops HR issues to meet new conditions and opportunities.

We have three local offices in Gothenburg, Skövde, and Vänersborg. In Gothenburg and Skövde, we have modern and activity-based workplaces.

We work closely with the operations and are an important support for managers in their daily work. We have HR consultants, HR strategists, and an HR administrator led by an HR manager.

About the Job

As an HR consultant with us, you will have a broad and qualified assignment where you act as a close support to managers in both operational and strategic HR issues. In this role, you provide qualified support in areas such as recruitment, rehabilitation, labor law, personnel economics, and competence supply. You will also drive and follow up on systematic work environment efforts together with managers, which includes risk assessments and the development of action plans. Furthermore, you support managers in the application of laws, collective agreements, and internal guidelines, and are an active support in change work and organizational changes. An important part of the assignment is also to contribute to a learning culture by spreading knowledge and educating managers in HR-related issues. In your role, you will be part of a team that works solution-oriented and with great commitment to create a safe and inspiring work environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic education in personnel and labor issues or equivalent experience. You have previously worked with both operational and strategic HR work, preferably within healthcare or the public sector. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements as well as the ability to work systematically with work environment issues.

As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and confident in your professional role. You have good analytical skills, a holistic view, and enjoy driving processes independently and together with others.

The position is a temporary contract for up to 1 year, preferably starting in April.

The location is Gothenburg, but travel within the region may occur.

Selection will be ongoing during the application period. Interviews will be held on February 11th in the afternoon and February 12th in the morning at Regionens hus, Gothenburg.
