We are now looking for an Area Manager who wants to be part of the start, make an impact, and drive development in a completely new market. As an Area Manager, you are the hub of the area – the one who makes everything work, grow, and lift. You are the direct manager for our collectively employed staff and have full personnel responsibility: you recruit, onboard, coach, and create security in the team's everyday life. A lot happens – and it happens quickly. One day is about planning and structure, the next is about solving issues on the spot and guiding employees when circumstances change. Here, calm leadership, strong drive, and a natural ability to create order even when the pace is high are needed. 

You are also the link between employees and customers. With service ability and business sense, you ensure that customers have an outstanding experience – and that the area develops profitably. 

Since this is a new establishment, you also get to set routines, build structures, and be a central part of creating Hemfrid's presence in the area. This is a hands-on role where you both plan ahead and solve what arises – and where your efforts are visible immediately. 

• Lead, support, and develop your team in everyday life 
• Plan and quality assure schedules for a safe and sustainable workday 
• Handle questions and unforeseen events – quickly, safely, and solution-oriented 
• Work with recruitment and capacity planning as the area grows to ensure high quality and contribute to profitable and stable development in the area 
• Participate in local events to develop the business  

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the right drive, energy, and leadership. You are relationship-building, secure, and clear – both with employees and customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep track of details without losing sight of the big picture, and enjoy taking responsibility in an environment where everything is not yet fully built.

• Experience in management and leadership 
• Experience in a broad role with a fast pace and varied tasks 
• Experience in B2C and/or B2B operations 
• Driver's license B 
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
