We are helping our client in Lidköping to find a consultant for a part-time assignment of approximately 50% starting in March/April and lasting until the end of the year.

You will be based at the company's office in Lidköping with some opportunity for remote work. The distribution of work is relatively flexible to allow for the combination of this assignment with something else.

About the position

In this role, you will handle the company's accounting, from ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts receivable, order management, to year-end closing and annual reports, etc. You will also manage the company's payroll, but this is to a lesser extent. Some administration is also included in the assignment.

Suitable background

We are looking for someone with several years of experience working independently with accounting. You are used to taking responsibility for the whole and working closely with the CEO to look for improvements in processes and routines. You are familiar with working in different systems and are not afraid to pitch in where needed.

Personal qualities

As a person, you are a doer, communicative, and used to taking initiative. You are solution-oriented and are accustomed to looking for opportunities for efficiencies and improvements in your work. You are unpretentious and are happy to act as a sounding board for others in the organization.
