Hello keyboard riders! We are looking for a strategic copywriter who is as comfortable with brand platforms as with well-chosen phrases.

You should have a few years of agency experience and be used to taking responsibility all the way: from workshops, analysis, and discussions to presentations, delivery, and that final sentence that hits just right.

The Role with Us

As a copywriter at Succé, you will work on both high-level and day-to-day tasks, often simultaneously. It involves the strategic:

• Developing brands, tonalities, and communication platforms.
• Leading and participating in workshops.
• Presenting ideas, concepts, and strategies to clients.
• Creating conceptual ideas and creative outputs.

It also involves the more everyday tasks, which are equally important:

• Writing web copy, articles, reports, and interviews.
• Creating content plans and copy for social media and newsletters.
• Refining and further developing communication in the long tail after larger projects.

We believe you thrive when work starts with questions, reasoning, and insights, and then builds up to something that feels, resonates, and makes a difference.

AI as a Tool, Not a Shortcut

You don’t need to be an AI expert, but we appreciate if you are curious, knowledgeable, or active in how AI can be used as support in research, idea development, structure, and production. You know when it helps – and when human judgment, language sensitivity, and experience must lead the way.

We believe you:

• Have worked with communication and branding for at least 5 years.
• Have experience in B2B communication.
• Can effortlessly switch between strategy and craft.
• Are comfortable in various industries and quick transitions.
• Want to create communication that actually means something.
