About the assignment

We are now looking for an Order Planning Coordinator for an international business that works with complete solutions in drive systems. As an Order Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and following up incoming orders from the market and resellers to the correct factory. The work is primarily conducted in the Oracle business system, with daily communication via email and Teams.

You will be part of a global team within order planning consisting of about 14 people. The team consists of both junior and more senior employees, all in similar roles but with different factories and areas of responsibility.

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring that orders are routed to the correct factory and do not get stuck in the system
• Managing order queues and working towards the goal that no orders remain for more than 48 hours
• Troubleshooting order stops, for example, due to a lack of components or capacity
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with production planners and factories
• Ensuring that order data is correctly set up in the system so that processes can be auto-generated further to sales/marketing

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong drive and a desire to develop within supply chain and production planning. You may be a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, but the most important thing is your commitment and ambition.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment with immediate start. You will be employed by OIO and work with our client in central Gothenburg. The need is for at least 6 months with the ambition of extension provided that both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
