About the position

At Perido, we are looking for a buyer for the HR Services area at our client, a successful automotive company. The business is in an exciting phase of development where the procurement function plays an important role. Here, you will have the opportunity to quickly familiarize yourself with the organization, contribute with structure, and create clear progress in the procurement work. You will be part of a team of about 13 people at the company's headquarters in Gothenburg.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process within HR Services and will work both operationally and strategically.

Examples of tasks:

• Be responsible for the entire procurement process within HR Services
• Operational procurement work such as orders, supplier contacts, and follow-ups
• Strategic work with analyses, procurement strategies, and improvement initiatives
• Drive and develop procurement strategies for areas such as HR services, training, and relocation
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, governance, and guidelines
• Take clear ownership of assigned categories and suppliers
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders within HR and other parts of the organization
• Actively contribute to the team's development during a period of change

Your qualities

You have a good ability to quickly understand new contexts and feel comfortable working in an environment characterized by change. With a structured and solution-oriented approach, you create order and stability, even when circumstances change. You take responsibility for your assignment, work independently, and at the same time find it easy to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders in the organization.
