Engtex AB has been developing and manufacturing technical textiles in Sweden for many years. The turnover amounts to approximately 230 MSEK with an export share of about 90% and a sales volume of around 4,000 tons. Engtex is located in Ulricehamn and currently employs about 75 people. In recent years, Engtex has experienced very positive growth, enabling extensive investments in equipment and expertise. Our customers represent a wide range of industries around the world.
We are now looking for a:
Sales Operations Assistant
The role involves assisting all business areas and their salespeople. The work consists of a comprehensive approach to sales materials, trade shows, and support for other sales and customer-related activities with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Sales and Marketing Materials, and Communication
- Responsible for all sales and marketing materials: creation, updating, and structuring of documents, presentations, and brochures.
- Ensure that all communication follows the company's graphic profile and messaging.
- Create and coordinate marketing mailings.
2. Trade Shows and Events (for all business areas)
- Overall responsibility for planning, bookings, logistics, and coordination for trade shows and customer events.
- Ensure a professional execution on-site and follow-up.
- Coordination and booking of hotels, travel, etc.
4. Sample Management
- Manage the dispatch of samples to customers.
- Maintain full oversight of inventory and structure for sample materials, such as binders, sample kits, pads, and boxes.
5. Showroom
- Be responsible for the company's showroom: presentation of materials, products, and news.
- Ensure order, updates, and a representative overall impression.
8. Visits and Representation at the Company
- Prepare and coordinate everything for each visit, such as meeting rooms, refreshments/lunch, and other logistics.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming reception.
9. Purchasing of Materials and Other Tasks
- Responsible for purchasing sales materials and other related items.
- In addition to the above, other administrative and operational tasks within the organization may occur.
Your Qualifications
- High school education, preferably in commerce, economics, or administration
- Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative work is an advantage
- Good computer skills and experience with business systems/CRM
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Enjoys working both independently and in teams
