We are looking for an HR Compliance Specialist for an organization in Gothenburg. Start is immediate, a 5-month temporary assignment to begin with.

The HR team consists of an HR manager, an HR partner, an occupational health engineer, and an HR administrator. Together, they work to create the best conditions for managers in all HR-related processes. Organizationally, they belong to the Staff and report to the Head of Staff and the CEO.

Role Description: You will primarily handle labor law issues, support in rehabilitation and workplace environment, as well as recruitment. You will be part of the company management.

Who we are looking for:

Required qualifications:

- Extensive experience, 5-8 years, in HR with strategic and operational work. - Experience in qualified work within labor law, workplace environment, and recruitment for senior positions. - High competence and experience in handling difficult cases and advising company management and the CEO.

Desirable qualifications:

- Experience from the public sector and politically governed organizations. - Experience in change management. Personal qualities: - Collaborative - Goal-oriented - Ability to see the big picture

This role requires fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is immediate, a 5-month temporary assignment to begin with, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This assignment is 100% on-site in Gothenburg.
