ICA Banken in Borås is looking for a Customer Manager who wants to create value by developing customer relationships and offering smart, tailored comprehensive solutions. About the role of Customer Manager

As a Customer Manager, you are the hub of the customer's financial everyday life and take overall responsibility for understanding and developing the customer's engagement. You will:

• Meet customers primarily via phone and digital channels
• Identify customer needs and proactively broaden the relationship with relevant products and services
• Drive needs-based sales and create added value in every contact
• Build long-term and trusting customer relationships
• Collaborate closely with the team to achieve common and individual goals

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who enjoys taking responsibility, creating contact, and finding smart solutions that make the customer's everyday life easier. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• High school diploma and experience from banking, finance, or similar customer-facing work
• Good ability to communicate clearly – both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Strong drive to develop customer relationships and work towards clear goals
• Interest in digital working methods and a desire to always find the best possible solution
• Experience in sales or advisory roles where you have worked needs-based

It is an advantage if you have a SwedSec license (mortgages), IDD for insurance distribution, or a license for fund information provision.

The position is based at the office in Borås. Weekend work occurs every 6th to 7th weekend.

Employment with us starts first with an introduction of about 4 weeks, after which you will belong to one of our 4 business teams, where help and support are available - to be able to perform tasks and feel secure in the role of Customer Manager with us.
