We are an authorized car workshop and damage workshop for VW, SKODA, and SEAT, as well as a general car workshop. Currently, we have 11 employees.

To work as a service advisor, you need to have knowledge about cars, preferably trained as a service technician or similar education that we find equivalent.

As a service advisor with us, you are the company's face to the outside world and the spider in the web. You welcome our customers, guide them through their service process, and provide support and guidance.

A large part of your job is to always make the customer feel welcome and ensure they leave with a positive experience after their visit with us.

Your main task is to digitally build service and repairs in our systems, schedule our customers' cars in the workshop, receive and hand over cars, price jobs, and call customers with price proposals. Warranty handling is also included.

The computer and its systems are your primary tools, along with the phone. We are looking for someone who preferably has experience from a service profession and enjoys a role with a lot of customer contact. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented.
