Svenska Arbetsmiljögruppen AB is now looking for a senior KMA consultant for our office in Borås.

This is a role for you who is secure in your professional role, works independently, and understands that experience, relationships, and trust are crucial in the consulting role.

About the role

As a senior KMA consultant with us, you will support our clients in all their KMA work – from assisting them in becoming ISO certified to developing existing systems.

The role is both strategic and operational and involves significant personal responsibility.

You will, among other things:

• Support clients in KMA work, both strategically and operationally
• Help clients from the ground up to ISO certification (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Conduct internal audits and follow-ups
• Visit construction sites and follow up on occupational health and safety work in practice
• Support both clients and contractors in their coordination responsibilities on construction sites
• Work with occupational health and safety issues within the construction and civil engineering industry
• Conduct training, such as BAS-P, BAS-U, and Hot Work
• Be an advisor and long-term support for our clients
• Travel for work as we have clients all over Sweden

Who we are looking for

This is a senior role where we value experience and customer understanding more than formal titles.

• Have extensive experience in KMA and occupational health and safety work within the construction industry
• Are confident in the role of advisor on construction sites
• Have a good understanding of coordination responsibilities according to occupational health and safety regulations
• Work independently and in a structured manner
• Are social, attentive, and professional in client dialogue
• Enjoy building trust and long-term relationships
